Return Policy:

• Process for return, please email stoneycreekjewelry@gmail.com with the stated below information:
• Return must be approved by S.C.J within 14 days of purchase date.
• Return must be received within 30 days from the purchase date.
• State of Return- New, unworn condition.
• Reason for return, damaged or wrong product
• Process of refund-In store credit will be made available, minus shipping once the product is received. 
• Return postage -is your responsibility.

Custom Orders

• Orders will be on a first come first serve basis.
• Turnaround time is based on the availability of the stone requested and how complex the wirework request is.  At this time, I have a 2 week turnaround time to create a unique one-of-a-kind piece for you.  It may vary as time goes forward.
• Once the project is completed the balance (with adjustments, if needed) will be expected in full before it is shipped.  Payment is expected upon completion.  After 30 days (starting on the first day you were contacted of completion), it becomes the property of Stoney Creek Jewelry, LLC if no discussion of terms or payment has been received.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to start your project.  The deposit will also act as an acceptance/agreement of these terms.

Disclaimers & Other info:

• Any jewelry, such as pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings, chains, cords, and other things such as plastic bags, anti-tarnish strips, cleaning towels, boxes, rocks, and other findings is NOT a toy and is NOT to be eaten.  Keep away from children and pets  (I know this is silly, but I have to post this for insurance reasons)
• Said stone meanings and healing properties are for entertainment purposes only. Consult your doctor for ALL medical issues.
• Pictures are taken in a variety of lighting.  We try our best to only show pictures of the piece in its truest form. 
• All content is owned by Stoney Creek Jewelry, LLC, and is not to be used without permission.
• We reserve the right to change, delete/ add information, and adjust pricing and policies as deemed necessary.
• Coupon Codes --MUST be used at the time of checkout.  Once a sale has been processed there is no way for me to go into the system and change it.
• Lost and stolen packages can happen, once it leaves my hands it is now under the terms of the postal carrier.  I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or how fast they can get to you.  
• Expedited Shipping--Please contact me as soon as possible before you order so I can do my best to help you further.
• By purchasing from my shop, you have agreed to and acknowledged these terms and conditions
